TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Object
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Yana Créations Bali and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the Yana Créations Bali website.

Products
The seller offers the online sale of handmade stone jewelry. The products are presented on the site with a detailed description and photographs. The jewels may present slight variations from the images shown, given their handmade nature and the use of natural materials.

Price
The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the validation of the order.

Orders
The buyer can place an order on the site by following the ordering process indicated. The validation of the order implies the acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Once the order has been validated, the buyer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of the order.

Payment
Payments on the site can be made by various means of online payment. The buyer guarantees to have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery
The jewelry will be shipped to the delivery address indicated when ordering. Delivery costs can be free or specified at the time of validation of the order. The seller undertakes to implement all reasonable means to deliver the products within the deadlines indicated on the site, except in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond his control.

Right to retract
The buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The buyer must notify his intention to withdraw by contacting the seller by email or by any other means of communication indicated on the site. The products must be returned in their original condition and at the buyer's expense, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.

Claims and Warranties
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the buyer must inform the seller within 48 hours of receipt of the product and provide all the information necessary to process the complaint. The seller undertakes to remedy any lack of conformity or hidden defect of the product, within the limits provided by law. However, the seller's liability cannot be engaged if the defect or defect is due to improper use, negligence on the part of the buyer or normal wear and tear of the product.

Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights related to the products sold on the site, including copyrights and trademark rights, remain the exclusive property of the seller. The buyer undertakes to respect these rights and not to reproduce, copy, distribute or use the protected elements without prior authorization.

Protection of personal data
The seller collects and processes the buyer's personal data in compliance with the legislation in force and its privacy policy. The data collected is necessary for the management of orders and can be used for marketing communication purposes, unless opposed by the buyer.

force majeure
The seller cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-performance of its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure, as defined by law.

Modifications of the general conditions of sale
The seller reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time, without notice. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of validation of the order.

Disputes and applicable law
In the event of a dispute between the seller and the buyer, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. These general conditions of sale are subject to the law of the country where the seller is established.
